At Base Kreations, we stand behind every product we make. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.
Our 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in original condition with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Custom & Personalized Items
Because every custom and personalized item is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders — this includes items with custom names, dates, text, colors, or personalized designs.
That said, we guarantee all custom products against defects in workmanship and materials for 30 days from purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Just reach out and we'll take care of you.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@basekreations.com. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right — fast.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The quickest path is to return your original item (once approved) and place a new order. Have questions? Just email us and we'll walk you through it.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank may take additional time to post the credit. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen your refund, contact us at support@basekreations.com.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error on your order.
EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase required.
